Prepare to be dazzled by Matthew Inman's magnificent creations peppered with wisdom and wit in equal measure.

For over 10 years, Matthew has been delighting and educating netizens worldwide on his website theoatmeal.com.

I've spent a fair share of my time over the past decade exploring his vast repository of 'comics'.

Over the course of time, I will be updating my favorites in this post for easy access for everyone (but mostly myself).

Enjoy :)

An Ode to The Oatmeal - Part One. . A decade has passed since I first stumbled upon a random webcomic titled ‘20 Things Worth Knowing About Beer’, upon an even more random-sounding website called theoatmeal.com. . A decade of ups and downs, like any other decade. But theoatmeal.com was always there, one click away, a treasure trove of uncensored humour, life lessons, random facts, inspiration and more. . There were others, no doubt, but Matthew Inman has maintained an unmatched consistency at delivering quality, mind-blowing stuff for eleven years and counting. . It’s extremely easy to lose oneself in the infinite depths of theoatmeal.com, and I would highly recommend you treat yourself by doing so. . If you’ve been living under a rock all these years, I’ve earmarked a few select quotes (more to follow) from my favourite pieces created by Mr Inman.Swipe away. . The best things in life are free, they say; theoatmeal.com clearly agrees. . Thanks, Matthew, for everything, especially the Exploding Kittens (NSFW Edition) . . - Nitin . . ‘5 Very Good Reasons to Punch a Dolphin in the Mouth (and other useful guides)’ (2011) . - Matthew ‘The Oatmeal’ Inman Andrews McMeel Publishing . . . . . #theoatmeal #theoatmealcomics #matthewinman #oatmeal #5verygoodreasonstopunchadolphininthemouth #webcomic #graphicnovel #explodingkittens #cardgame #throwthrowburrito #youvegotcrabs #bearsvsbabies #onascaleofonetotrex #andrewsmcmeel #projectbibliotherapy
